New energy delivery campaign promotes greener city

Working staff of State Grid Kuitun Power Supply Company inspect and maintain charging pile facilities to ensure stable operation of a fleet of new energy delivery trucks in this undated photo in Kuitun City of Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. A number of eight new energy light trucks was put into use to deliver daily necessities, groceries, and household appliances to local residents and provide delivery services to local enterprises in May as part of a campaign to build a greener city. It costs as low as 0.1 yuan for each single truck to travel per kilometer.
